Rutchie (Chy) and Clarissa (Sak) have been my best friends since college days.  The former is in Cayman Islands right now while the latter is still in the Philippines.  Despite the distance and the fact that we seldom communicate with each other, we know we hold each other in our hearts, minds and prayers.  I truly miss these girls.  The three of us have gone through a lot in life and never fail to be there for each other.  Indeed, I am truly thankful that God blessed me with these beautiful persons in my life.  I can’t wait to be reunited with them in His own good time.

The poem below is for you, girls just to let you know that I appreciate both of you and that I am so ever grateful for our beautiful friendship.  Here goes:

THE PATH OF FRIENDSHIP

The path to friendship…
begins with a smile
shared between two souls
and from that special moment
a lifelong respect grows.

Together you wander…
as the journey unfolds
and happily discover
what it truly means,
to love and to care,
