enjoying my morning tea

                                                


Good morning everyone!  Ahhh, I am enjoying my sips of green tea here in this early Saturday morning.  I am really learning to love tea as time goes by.  With all the health benefits we can get from it, it’s no wonder tea is known to be the wonder drug.  This drink is also better for me since I have been struggling with my weight and my cholesterol.

 

Its components which include theanine, vitamins, mineral and methylxanthines are known to help improve the functions of the digestive and excretory systems.  That means tea can be considered as one of the fat burners, right?  Therefore, tea is best for me especially in my struggles with weight and cholesterol issues.  Have a wonderful Saturday everyone and let’s enjoy cups of tea!
