My husband has said many times that his work place lacks leadership and team work.  The management there doesn’t know how to organize a working team and intact it to benefit customer service.  My husband has been looking into going into management and wants to make sure he has all the tools and training to get it done.  He wants to seek a degree including a Masters in organizational development.  He looked into this and found that this degree also includes everything you need for organizational leadership and provides the necessary tools to become an effective leader in the business world.

Soon he will begin to get his training and be on the way to leading in the work place and not being led down the road to nowhere.  In today’s business world, a company needs leadership and great customer service to survive; and he hopes to be the one to stand out and provide a great working model with outstanding team work.
