to modernize your tools
My husband has been working in his new job for a month now and it is so frustrating for him that some of his company's tools and equipment are so outdated. With the nature of his job and the revolving technology, he really needs modern and updated industrial equipment and tools. This way he can do his craft as an auto mechanic efficiently and effectively. With his work being well equipped with modern technology and equipment, errors will be minimized; and of course, all (employees, company and customers) will be happy.
