My mother just turned 59 last month; and I can’t help but get worried for her.  Thanks to God, she is very healthy and is still working as a public  school teacher in my hometown back in the Philippines.   I truly admire her for she takes good care of herself especially with her eating habits.  She also take her vitamins regularly.  She is into Herbal Nutrition, too.
