printer problems?

I have been gathering pertinent papers in connection with my application for citizenship.  However, when I tried to print out the already filled in application forms, they came out with black and greasy marks.  I was like: "Eww!"  I told hubby about this and he said that it's time our printer will have some maintenance like Anilox cleaning.  I informed him that it would be cool to get cleaning stuff which is safe and effective and is EPA recognized.  That would be neat, right?  Well, I just hope that our printers will be fixed soon so I can submit my citizenship application soonest.  I also pray that the process will be quick and will push through without a hitch.
