sit ups everyday?
My query these days in my quest to losing weight has been "how to lose belly fat?" It has been three months when I started working out in my elliptical machine for at least 5 hours a week and yet, I still have this big belly. Though I am about 9 lbs lighter right now, I still can't get rid of the belly fat. Probably aside from doing ellipticals, I have to do sit ups everyday, too. You think that will really help? We will see.
