on my friend's weight loss regimen

I am all in for working out hard to lose weight.  Like in my case, I exercise in my elliptical machine for 5 hours a week to lose weight.  So far, I shed off 10 lbs for three months.  Then I stopped for two months and now I am back to working out again.  I know that it's kind of slow for me but I don't mind.  It seems like the more I exercise, the healthier I become.  Not only physically speaking but mentally and emotionally as well.

However, when I heard from a friend who lost 5 lbs in just a week, these questions immediately popped up in my mind:

1.  What did she do?
2.  Was she in a very effective and healthy quick weight loss?
3.  Where can we get it?

Hahaha, my working out hard to lose weight just flew out of my mind to the drain.  I still have to talk to this friend and inquire her of her weight loss regimen.  I hope to chat with her one of these days and hopefully it will also work out best for me.  What do you think?
