wishing for a modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures

I am so frustrated with the faucet in our kitchen.  It has done it again, that is the leaking.  It did this when we got here in our rental home and after numerous plumbers, it was finally fixed.  Well, we were disappointed because the home owners wouldn't want the cost to install a new faucet so the plumber did his magic and fixed the faucet.  And now, here we go with the problem again!  We really need new faucets and new sinks in this rental home we are in right now.  Though I like it here, I just wish for an updated and more modern bathroom and kitchen fixtures.  How I wish!
