found the perfect rental house!
Hubby and I felt so relieved that we finally got the rental home that we think is perfect for us. I was the one who saw the ad at Craigslist last Thursday and I immediately informed hubby at his work about it. He then drove to the said address right away; and to make the story short, we got the key yesterday. YAY!
The house is a three bedroom and 2 baths ranch style and is more than 30 years old. It is really outdated especially its light, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as what I noticed during my first tour this morning. I like its layout and its huge woody backyard but we need more closet spaces in the master bedroom. Well, we really have to compromise as what hubby said. What really sold us out to this place is the location. It's just about a 3-minute-drive to hubby's work; and we can just walk to the school where we wish Kate will go to. I really hope and pray that she will get a slot on the said school.
Thanks to God for this blessing and I am really looking forward for more wonderful and better things in our new home. For now, we have to start packing things so we can move them little by little, so that it is not hard to move our stuffs all at once when the time comes. Have a good one all!
