happy for my friend's new beautiful home

My friend will be moving to their new beautiful house by next month.  I have seen the pictures of said house and it is indeed a beautiful home.  It is kind of a two-storey Spanish style with not just one but two balconies .  How cool is that?  If you see the beautiful and intricate cast iron balconies , you would say:  "My, oh my!"  They are just so grand!  The metal staircase  is equally grand as well.  She mentioned that they had them manufactured by Cottage Craft Spirals.

I just can't help but fell in love with my friend's Spanish-styled house.  That is actually a kind of house that I have dreamed to live.  Hubby said: "Maybe someday soon when the Good Lord will continue to bless us.  We'll never know!"  I truly hope and pray so.  But I am really happy for my friend.  I know that they have worked so hard for this beautiful home; and they truly deserve it!  I kknow  there will be a lot of parties that will take place in their new house.  She already mentioned on the first party - the house warming party.  Yay, I just can't wait!
