That's my husband and my little girl on sea turtle watching at the Packery Channel in Padre Island, Corpus Christi on our little getaway this weekend. We heard that it's the mating season of sea turtles and we just can't help to check it out. Unfortunately, we didn't see a lot when we were there but we are still glad to see a few of them. My little girl was just so ecstatic every time she sees one or two at a time. She would say, "Look, Daddy! They are so beautiful!"

We are so thankful with our little weekend getaway. It was so relaxing, just what my husband needed. We hope to have another trip during fall season. As to where? That is the big question. Have a good one all!
