my niece's skin problem

I have a niece who has severe eczema that her skin feels and looks so rough.  She has been to many doctors and had been prescribed of creams and medicines but they seem not to work with her.  The whole family has really been looking for an eczema treatment  which is best for my niece.  I hope and pray that we can find a cure which will suit perfectly for her kind of skin problem.  Well, I know we can.  Have a good one all!
