happy chatting with a batchmate
Wow, I am so glad to talk with my batch in High School in the Philippines whom I have not seen for more than 20 years already. My oh my, are we that old already? I just can't believe it! She has been living in Chicago for more than 15 years already. I am just so blown away. She is happily married and has two kids; and has been working as a nurse in a big hospital in the Windy City. We talked about our other High School Batchmates and our High School life way back then on the phone for about an hour. We just can't believe that from a very small town in the Philippines, we are now here in the United States. Who would have thought of that? I am so proud of her and yes, so happy to reconnect with her. I hope to chat with her again soon. Have a good one all!
