let the pounds come off!

We have decided to add a workout route to our health and diet plans.  We really need to lose weight and we want to do it as effectively as possible.  Along with our diet plans, we have included creatine monohydrate powder.  The benefits for energy and muscle healing after our work is one of the reasons we decided to use it.  It also helps prevent type 2 diabetes.  Hopefully with our new exercise and diet plans, we will start to see the pounds come off and we can look forward to a healthier lifestyle to come.  Have a good one all!
