very cold but happy Wednesday...
My tummy is so happy right now. My girlfriend, Mitzi and I went to Mekeni, a Filipino Buffet eating place for lunch today. It is about a 20 minute drive from our house; and we were so glad because they served lechon kawali (pan fried pork), my favorite today. This food is actually why I would always want to go to Mekeni but sometimes, it is so disappointing that there are days that they don't serve this delicacy everyday.
Well, today must be special for they had lechon kawali and me and my girlfriend love it! We ate to our heart's content and we don't care if we ate too much. We said to ourselves that we will just have to exercise harder. (LOL) We also swang by Ross and goofed off there for more than an hour which was good after our heavy lunch. I wasn't able to get anything from the store because I didn't find a thing to my liking.
Anyway, I wish you all have a lovely day even in this bitter cold weather. Have a good one all!
