spring has sprung!
Today was one of those nice days where we were able to get outside and let our daughter play. We decided to go to the park where we have our walks during the summer time. Funny thing is, everyone else in the city must have had the same idea. There was no parking and after a bit, we finally scored ourselves a parking spot.
Once at the playground area, there were a lot of activities going on with all the birthday parties for all the little kids. There was no shortage of children for Kate to play with, that’s for sure. After some time which turned into about 3 hours, we were all worn out from all the swinging and jumping and running.
As always it seems like our daughter makes friends where ever she goes and she really had a wonderful time. We are so glad spring is close and we can get out more. It’s been a long winter and I know Kate loves to get out and play. As for us, we have to start our exercising again with all our walks. Thank goodness for that because with all the holidays, I know we have put some weight on and it’s time to be gone with that. Hope everyone has a happy early spring.
