working on my stomach weight

I have spent some time working on how to lose stomach weight.  I really am proud to say with my exercise program and my walking in the park that by the end of this summer, I will be looking and feeling a whole bunch better.  I had to make big diet changes but it has all been worth it.  I never thought as you get older that weight is so hard to lose.  I know it will be worth it in the long run for a healthier and longer life to come.  I recommend this to anyone because so far it’s been very rewarding to me.
